This Privacy Policy explains how LLD Presence ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website at lldpresence.co.uk or purchase from us. 4. Who we share your data with (recipients)
We only share personal data with trusted third parties acting as our processors under written contracts:
- Stripe Payments UK Ltd — payment processing
- Royal Mail / DPD / UPS / other carriers — order delivery
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, DDoS protection, DNS
- Google Ireland Ltd — Google Analytics (only with your consent; IP anonymisation enabled)
- Our hosting provider — UK / EU data centres
- Legal, accounting and tax professionals — as reasonably required
- Law enforcement and regulators — where legally required
We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors (e.g. Stripe, Google, Cloudflare) may transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA. When they do, we rely on the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or adequacy regulations, to ensure your data receives equivalent protection.
6. How long we keep your data

- Server and security logs — 90 days
- Basket data stored locally in your browser — until you clear it or it expires (up to 12 months)

Our products are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
