Cookie Policy

Effective: 16 April 2026 · Last updated: 16 April 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work correctly, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors use the site.

This Cookie Policy explains how LLD Presence ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as localStorage and web beacons) on lldpresence.co.uk.

2. Categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into three categories. You can control each non-essential category through the banner that appeared when you first visited.

2.1 Essential cookies (always on)

These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set only in response to actions you take (logging in, setting preferences, adding to basket, checking out). No analytics or tracking is carried out by essential cookies.

2.3 Marketing cookies (opt-in)

Not currently in use. If we enable marketing cookies in future (e.g. for remarketing campaigns), we will update this page and require renewed consent.

3. How to manage cookies

  • In-site: click the cookie preferences link in our footer at any time to review or change your choices.
  • In your browser: most browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies via settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent the site from working correctly.
  • Browser-specific guides: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.

4. Do Not Track

We respect the "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signal where supported by our analytics provider. Even with DNT off, analytics only fire if you have explicitly given consent via our banner.

5. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The effective date above shows when we last revised it. If we make material changes, we'll prompt you to review your cookie preferences again.
